Jeremy Barney
COSTUME STUDIO Draper
Jeremy M. Barney (Draper) is a former US Naval Officer. Jeremy received his B.A. in French and M.F.A. in Costume Design at the University of Oklahoma. He received his Specialization in Draping and Pattern-making from the Chambre Syndicale de Haute Couture in Paris, France and worked as a draper for the Haute Couture Atelier of Frank Sorbier in Paris.
He is currently the resident Costume Designer for the University of Arizona School of Dance. Jeremy has designed and draped for Dance, Theater and Music Theater. A former Ballet dancer, Jeremy performed and toured with Oklahoma Festival Ballet, Opéra Municipale de Clermont-Ferrand, France, and Les Ballets Trockaderos de Monte Carlos.
