Karen Matheny
Property Mistress

Karen Matheny is a senior BFA Theatre (acting emphasis) major from Tomball, Texas. She has appeared on the stage at TCU in several productions, most recently seen in Talking With (Lamps), Our Town (choir/graveyard), and Hamlet (Gertrude’s Lady in Waiting/Lady Elizabeth). She has also acted in several projects, including Bard on the Rocks, Vagina Monologues, Good Body, and various student directed projects. She also is a properties grant and has served a props crew head for Little Women and Private Lives. Other production credits include light board operator for Scapino, and set build for The Laramie Project. After graduation Karen plans to work as a professional actress with an interest in props work.
